whats the real story behind these sororities?

Name some of the rumors you've heard and I can tell you if they are true. Some are, some aren't.

probably 25%. Also stories might be true but only about one girl or a few girls. These groups are BIG, there is a group of girls you will click with in every single group. You will make lifelong friends in any group you pledge and will not hang out with people who don't share your values. Just like you did before sorority life.

Don't drop a group because of something you read on here. People make up stories to build up their own houses.

This is NOT the place to get REAL information. Half the people here aren't even Greek. Probably even MORE than half.

Please don't take anything you read on here seriously. No phi mu doesn't haze and no DG doesn't eat tampons......

If you are torn between 6 houses right now then put them all in your top 8 and see where you get invites for sisterhood. Then re-evaluate and see where you land for pref. I know it's difficult but you have to be patient with recruitment. Don't try to weigh the pros and cons of 6 houses right now when at the VERY most you'll pref 3.

You can't make a mistake as long as you listen to your gut. We mean it when we say every house here is top notch. Go where you feel the happiest (and wait until pref to decide where that is.)

Any story about hazing is always 100% false. I'm being so truthful when I say the sororities here honestly won't haze you. Seriously.

The only thing on this thread that's true is AGD not backing their sister and APhi and Phi Mu having girls with assault charges (NOT RECENTLY!!)

EVERYTHING ELSE is urban myth. No chapter would be on campus if that was happening.
