How many years before the newest houses are razed to expand the stadium again?

I figure in the next 10 years anyway, both Theta and the new AOPi will have to move.

They can't "expand" the stadium anymore. Like they physically can't, they have no place to build (whether it be up or out) unless they completely rebuild the stadium which won't happen. Nor do they even need to... At the moment the stadium fills 101,000+ people. Do you understand how much that is??? And half of the home games have huge sections of empty seats by halftime. Also, the school/football program capitalize soooo much on seats for the more hyped up home games, because if there is a "shortage" of seats, they can rise ticket prices.

Theta and AOPi are building new houses that are going to be over 15 million each. And in 10 years, those houses will still be there lol.

the university would not have approved them building the new houses there if there were any plans for the the athletics department using/needing that space in the future.

How in the world do you "relocate" a cemetery?

Its actually a pretty normal event from my understanding. No idea how they do it

you have to contact a family member/representative and get approval for every single person buried in the cemetery. It'd be a pretty complicated process due to the size and age of the cemetery, I doubt it will ever happen.
