just need help with a term

What does it mean on this sight when people say "decent 16s" or "15s were a joke" or "19s" or pc(number) I'm very new to Greek life and want to learn terms and phrases

Those are the pledge classes. 16 is the 2016 pledge class. They're talking about pledge classes.

Some schools go by the year that they rushed, so like this year's girls would be 17s. Other schools go by the year that they'll graduate, so this year's girls would be 21s.

pc16 = pledge class 2016
20s = class of 2020
