The ONLY chapter that's on social probation for the upcoming fall is Zeta because of their dirty rushing incident. Other than that, all other houses that are said to be on probation are not.

I'm not sure if it's technically "probation" but my biological sister's sorority (not zeta) can only have a few swaps this fall for something that happened in the spring. Again not sure if that's considered probation or not but they had to cancel some of the swaps they had planned. And before you say I'm a troll I'm just not lol, I'm not going to say what house

Even if a house were caught dirty rushing- they were able to get out of it by paying fines or doing community service in the past. They all do it. It's really a non-issue.
