top jefferson houses?

I was curious which houses on jefferson are considered "top". I found that the house dues tend to be cheaper which is an appeal to me. Also, who throws the best parties there and etc.

SigEp - Great grades, more involved. Good mix of guys, fun parties, and focused guys. I think their house is still under construction so they might still be on Jefferson but don't quote me.

DX - More involved than some other houses. More Northern buy still a good mix of guys. Nice parties, liked by girls in various sororities.

LXA - Cool parties, more "trendy" sort of vibes. Lots of guys from the NorthEast and West Coast.

if you're attracted to a house because it's a little cheaper then you probably can't afford it. dues are only one part of the equation.
