why is pi phi's house so small?

The new house is the max size square footage wise

their new house is barely like 30k sq ft... most of other are about 40k

Where will I go to meet the pi phi girls during rush if there house isn't finished?? Also, where do they hold chapter/meals/other events takint place in house?

PBP and AOPi are rushing out of the stadium. For PBP, they're currently in a trailer behind Publix so you'll go there for meals. And they probably hold chapter in an auditorium somewhere on campus.

It does look smallish! Sort of crammed in there but I still like Pi Phi so what's the difference?
