For the most part yes. We just know so much about each of them. And if we don't, then that tells us a lot too.

Yes.
And no.
Some they've already decided to release, based on grades and reputations.
For some they like, something might happen to make them release a girl. For some they planned to release, they may decide they like a girl.
You never know.
