I would like to endorse Sigma Alpha Mu as a very good off campus fraternity. These guys have swaps with top fraternities and sororities. I almost pledge SAM rather than KA. SAM is off campus but better than most houses on campus. It's kinda cool. I see them all the time at bars and they're really social
