Don't think I agree with the jump in interest for AOPi. They are not a house that usually has much buzz during rush and they've have a rough time recruiting recently. I do think being in the stadium will actually help though

AOPi did get a little bump from their recruitment video. It showed PNMs they're chill girls and not nearly as bad as some of y'all have made them out to be with some of the Alpha O threads.

I'd say this is very accurate. PM has been dirty rushing more than usual from what I can tell but I'm not sure how genuine the reciprocated attention is.

I think the OP was judging AOPi off of last year's Homecoming! Weren't there 2 other HoCo Queens from large universities last fall that were
members of AOPi (Troy/FSU I think they are Southeast schools with similar student app pools).

From MY perspective as an active in a different NR house, I can tell that AOPi has been working well at painting themselves differently than how they're actually portrayed and how people actually view them. I don't mean this in a hateful way either... They're doing good in terms of working that PR magic. Talking about the Witt Cup, the HoCo queen, following lotssss of PNMs on their sorority insta handle, consistently posting only their "more attractive" girls, paying CollegeWeekly for their rush video, self ranking on this site, etc. It's not hard to tell that they're pushing very hard to show PNMs a more "hyped up" version of themselves.

And because of this, I think that it does create interest and draws in a lot of the OOS girls who are overlooked by higher ranked NR houses.

Forgot to mention, I don't think that AOPi has had a big jump in interest. I just meant that what they've been doing has created some interest... But nothing major.

I think AOPi stands out more right now (in a good way) than DZ or GPB for sure. Theta just released their video, which may give them a bump.
