calm my nerves

Good morning everyone I was just wondering if anyone has any tips that would calm my nerves about rush. I've been so worried especially since I just woke up from this horrible dream where a girl with a 2.6 gpa who i really hate got a bid from my favorite house and I didn't get a bid at all and now i'm freaking out

Nerves are good. They will keep you humble. I think most disappointment comes from overconfident PNMs.
