They're a reboot of an old chapter (originally on campus from 1916 to 1961). Bernie Madoff - yep, that Bernie Madoff - was a member.

Most likely not anytime in the near future. One, because there's no room for them to build a house. And two, if there was an open spot or a vacant on campus house for them to use there are a few other off campus fraternities that would probably get it before them (based on grades, involvement, amount of members, etc).

As someone who is in an off campus fraternity I can 100% guarantee that they are not worth your time and that you should avoid these guys at all cost. For off campus, they're the bottom of the bottom tier and kinda considered a joke. I've seen what this fraternity looks like and they're all kinda goofy looking. You'll never see them out at bars or really anywhere.
