What should I say during IWT's? Should I mention that I was very involved in HS and held leadership roles? When to mention it? Thanks!

Can all the PNMs please take several deep breaths? We've said on here hundreds of times to not get so worried about these small things, because it is out of your control. The active will lead the conversation because they havecertain things they are looking to evaluate each round. Just have a normal conversation and don't overthink it.
