I'm not a KKG, I'm in a different OR house that I grouped as staying the same.
Here's my reasoning. KKG has always been solid with the looks/connections/etc but their weakness was in getting crazier party girls who amassed a certain reputation for them. Now by focusing on grades more and having the highest recommended GPA cutoff I think they are clearly aiming for some of the more outgoing AXO/XO types or more involved DDD types. Thus, rising.
AGD and KD are both struggling with how to recruit and if they continue to select girls based on where they come from instead of what they bring to the chapter, they will continue to fall. Their last several pledge classes have decreased in quality. They used to be top of old row and now they are headed towards the bottom. I see that trend continuing.
XO I think will fall slightly but not very much. They continue to focus on in-state girls a little more than they should and they remind me of where AGD/KD were a few years ago -- still solid, popular girls, but not adapting their recruitment style as quickly as they need to.

I think AOPi will stay the same. Since they're rushing out of the stadium (which is ideal, we saw that with Pi Phi last year) and their new house is in progress, they're in a better position than last year. I don't see any reason for them to go down but also not noticeably up either.

See that is the problem people basing things off of 60+ years and just the appearance at home games. Too many people not on campus adore AXO way too much and can't relate to AGD being a "sluggish" house right now.
Almost everyone in G-Life knows which houses are above it and the one's that are grabbing ole tired vines, we just don't say it in public.
OR vs NR is just not as strong as it was in 2004 mommy.

With more than 50% out of state students or will not be the first choice for most. Or overlooks way too many great girls because they are not from their targeted areas.

The separate rush thing might not be a bad idea IMO since
over 2,000 PNM have been registering for rush lately.

DG definitely rising. ADPi prob too. They really corner the "good girl" market. And that is a good thing

They cut waaaaaay too many girls early on in rush last year, leaving them with some slimmer pickings when it came time to issue bids. You can see that the girls they gave bids to last year was really low, and they were the only one in the 130s. That typically means that they were not as popular on pref as they have been historically.

Just to be clear,
Trend of last 10 plus years:
KD and Kappa lost it with their rush choices. Those girls were not motivated and brought in more of the same. KD just has some flat out mean girls who really have no reason to be (no one does) but they don't get it. They have lost great, great girls as a result.
Tri Delt- has stayed the same generally. They do get fun girls and are wiser out of state. They dont do much but if that's what you like, it's a better choice than above.
Axo, pm and xo - all around the best for a while now. These get the top girls if top means all around best that you would want. Just the way it is. There are always exceptions.
Agd- has awesome legacies but cannot pull in the top non-legacy girls they want. They have always been a good sorority but not like the others. They had a few good years but they picked some girls that will drag them down.
Most do not want to be in KD or AGD if they have their pick.

Can we agree that top rushee means different things to each house (kind of the reason we have 16 chapters) so an academic strong house will agree on some PNM that other's will not, and same with beauty powerhouses they will risk bidding an attractive IG celeb for a "Melanie" who has an odd look but will attribute more. So, a house may look like it is sliding down some depending on what factor(s) are at play, Zeta is a great example of this.

I think even the beauty powerhouses, as you say, are working real hard to get more balance and academically oriented members who will contribute to traditional sisterhood stuff. I see changes happening in the leadership of all those houses and see it in their pre-rush social media postings and who they appear to be targeting (like who they comment on in intagram, who they are following in large numbers).
