LMAO when I see Theta last. High on lots of lists: grades, involvement, 50 years=legacies, national rep., and chill/classy rep other houses with drama can't touch. You almost never see Thetas respond like this cause they're really all good within the house and too classy to care about GR.

If you don't think Theta is a good sorority nationally then you don't know how things work... I know that Theta is a very popular sorority across the nation, in fact they're probably one of the strongest national sororities along with XO. Also, they have multiple top chapters in every region across the US... If you want I can give you a list.
However, I'm not saying that Theta here is amazing... They're not the most "relevant" house here, they definitely have their flaws, but they are a strong one. As the person said above, good grades, good involvement, good sisterhood, etc.
