Both of them having chosen their pledge class already for next year isn't entirely true as only a few teas have happened over the break. People will give you opinions on which ones to look at and shoot for, but you have to remember that it's ultimately YOUR decision who to keep and cut during rush. Also, don't get caught up in to the Old Row vs. New Row situation; it's rather redundant. If you're from Mountain Brook, Mobile, or out of state, then you shouldn't have a problem really with any of them.

You seem to be a little uninformed and rather sarcastic, so I'll be blunt. You have some say in the houses you get back, but not much. You have to dazzle and impress these girls, not attempt to talk down to them and just assume that you will get in. If you act like that and have a cutting and sarcastic attitude then you'll find yourself alone on bid day.

@sillysororitygirl might have been a little catty, but you do have to realize we have all been through this process multiple times. We do remember rush, we remember tent talk, and we remember liking certain houses more than others. My advice to you is to stop being so defensive and to realize that you do not know everything about the greek system because you are in fact a high schooler. I also recommend that you do not take anything on this website seriously. Good luck, keep an open mind during recruitment, and try to keep an open mind. No one here wants to fight with a pnm.

Also a lot of us might take being called a silly sorority girl as a put down. The majority of us are very smart and take pride in our academic capabilities. I would recommend that you not put down a group of girls that you hope to be part of next year!
