are iwts ever awkward?

So I can't promise you won't have an awkward conversation, everyone does at some point. You're gonna have conversations with literally 50+ girls in two days so they can't all be great. However, I can also promise that the actives will usually do their best to make conversation with you - it's literally their job. You will find your home here! We are so excited to have you!

Actives almost always are guiding the conversations, they'll be asking you various questions about your life and all you do is answer them. And on IWTs you'll be talking to actives for less than 10 minutes and the time goes by soooo quickly. My biggest piece of advice is to just relax. Don't watch rush videos on youtube, don't obsess over this site, don't try to improve on your conversation skills because honestly the only thing that that does is psych you out... Relax for the next few weeks. Rush is going to be such a whirlwind for all you PNMs and before you know it you'll be running home to your new home. Just go with the flow and stop worrying!
