I like the new Pi Phi, but it is not among the top. The shape is weird and totally ruins the XO courtyard because now the XOs have to put up with the Pi Phi air conditioning units and stuff right in their faces.

I didn’t realize pi phis air conditioning units effected chi os back courtyard. That’s really too bad. All the houses are beautiful but so close together

The PBP air units and kitchen exhaust being by xo back area is a little annoying but not that big of a deal. It’s not like people really hang out there anyways

The houses on Delta row and KD have much better front yards. Phi Mu is just all house and would be so much nicer with a little more green space and courtyard. DZ is almost up and it just packs that row like sardines. AXO spot gives them more space. They are all so close together that it makes location not as big of a deal as other schools where they can be miles apart.

I love red brick I think KD is beautiful though too. Phi Mu is too much house and no yard or back courtyard
