I’ve always loved the look of GPhi’s stairs, I think they make a statement, but they were a NIGHTMARE during rush hahaha
And I agree I think Phi Mu looks like a white version of GPhi without the stairs

Always thought PM and GPBs houses looked really similar besides the giant staircase on gpb and the whole white house thing. They're both really pretty houses

not counting theta because it is old and going by the pictures I have seen on DZ and AOII, I would say my lease favs are AGD and XO.

XO is really disjointed. The back courtyard is fabulous though but I think they should of changed it a little bit as well. I completely agree a the color of tri delt too. It feels a little southwest to me.

XO does look a little disjointed, but I appreciate that they wanted to preserve their history by not doing a complete teardown.

Gamma phis stairs are terrifying, I almost killed myself in rush. Am I the only one who thinks they’re too steep? For some reason Phi Mu and gphi look very similar to me and my taste runs more towards AGD and dark red brick.
