Having recruitment registration close a few weeks before recruitment starts may make it a little bit smaller than last year - but may eliminate the girls who aren't as serious about it.

The girls that register three weeks before recruitment are the girls that get dropped because they didn't have any recs or they leave themselves because they've decided it was too much work/they don't like the houses they have left. Shouldn't impact the # of girls receiving bids significantly
