From girls perspective theta chi, don't know many boys in either fraternity and pike is pretty exclusive with alpha phi and zeta, of which I am neither so

I prefer Theta Chi over Pike.

Pike is like the fraternity version of ZTA & APhi... More OOS guys, very into appearances for both them and the girls they're around, somewhat flashy.

Theta Chi is like the fraternity version of DDD... More Southern guys, more quiet than some of the other houses, partiers but not crazy.

Both are really good houses, Pike is exclusive with who they hang out with but the people who they are exclusive with LOVE them like zeta and aphi, but probably Theta Chi because its more inclusive and they're still great guys
