poll: bottom house most likely to move up?

If DG gains momentum with new PCs and with the frats I could see them pulling up right next ADPi. Not necessarily surpassing them so soon but it could happen.

I too think DG and GPB are not quite bottom tier anymore and more mid tier.
DG is highly involved.
GPB has a lot of fun social types.
For different reasons I do think they're both trending up!
Remaining bottom tier are really all great too!
DZ I can be social.
AOPi has seeet girls.
Theta has great grades.
Can't think of a "true" bottom house at UA!

It's not that the older houses are bad but the new houses are just SO NICE and it's easier for PNMs to picture themselves in a nice, new mansion. Even houses that are currently building get a boost because PNMs want to be among the first girls to go inside, live there, eat there, etc, once it's completed.

Honestly a lot of it during rush is that in a new house you can HEAR. When I went through some of my least favorite houses were small houses because I left and I had no idea what we'd just talked about for 20 minutes because it was so loud, in a new house there's room to spread out

Especially since some of the lower chapters are so similar. It may be a no brainer for a PNM who loves both dz and gphi or theta and dg to break a tie by picking the one with a new house already

Thats another reason I think AOII and GPB will have the advantage this rush. AOII and DZ are both in swing houses and building, but AOII gets the stadium and DZ is forced to work with the tiny space within their swing house.

So they're being allowed to rush from their swing house? I thought both swing houses were too small to accommodate PNMs due to fire safety concerns.

If its the same as last year, which im pretty sure it is, DZ is in the swing house. AOPi and PiPhi are for sure in the stadium.

It's too bad that pi phi gets the stadium over dz. The stadium is so much better than a swing house and dz could probably have opted for the stadium if pi phi hadn't built before they were supposed to

If Pi Phis contractor hadnt quit mid-contruction, their house would probably be done by now. I bet UA was planning on having AOPi and DZ in the stadium this year but construction never goes as planned I guess.

They only tore down last June, I can't imagine they were out of a contractor for long. Any faster and you'd think the house would be unsafe. Unless they quit before they started construction

I think SK will help new row eventually release more PMNs (obviously not this rush season). The houses will all be stronger for it.

There's the rub. If so called bottom houses move up then another house moves down a bit. If we only had say 8 houses then perhaps ADPi for example would be a bottom house which is not a fair description
