1) XO, AXO, PM
2) KKG, KD, AGD, DDD
NR:
1) ZTA, ADPI, PBP
2) APHI, DG, AOII, possibly DZ
3) GPHI, THETA, SIGK

I think a lot of houses that are currently slipping will continue to slip over the next few years. Also, old row vs new row matters less to PNMs each year, and I think that trend will continue. So, without separation of old row and new row... I could see it being more like:
Top tier:
KKG, PM, PBP, AXO
Mid tier:
AGD, ADPi, DG, DDD, XO, ZTA
Bottom tier:
APhi, GPB, KD, KAT, AOPi, DZ
No order within tiers.

Swap xo and pbp. Pbp is top of nr but not on par with the strong OR. Zta could rise to match pbp if they improve on grades/party because they have a strong ops pull and a vibe many urban pnms are attracted to.

If DG keeps trending up, which is possible because of all the non-southern OOS coming to Bama, and if that non-southern trend continues (which it should), it is not crazy to have DG get into the middle tier. The thing is that their building advantage over their competitors is going away once DZ, AOII finish building. I would expect to see DZ make some recovery with a new house and same for AOII, so while DG has done well while AOII and DZ have been down, it will be tough for them to keep improving at the rate we have seen in the past couple of years. But they do have a good national brand, they are strong in lots of parts of the country and so you can't count them out. What is crazy about the rank in 7 is the notion of PBP moving into top tier. I just can't see that happening any time within the foreseeable future. The base is just not there.

honestly I think by your standards tri delt would actually move up. Part of the reason old row acts like tri delt is falling is because they've been taking more pretty oos girls with great resumes which is of course frowned upon in old row. I feel like they get the best of both worlds.

I think XO is a great house, honestly, and I'm always impressed by their grades and involvement, but if the rush focus is going to shift so much to OOS as y'all say, they need to change their game. AXO is much better with OOS PNMs, as is PM, and KKG has a larger OOS appeal than XO. (Even though they're less involved, aren't as grades-focused, etc.). I think KD/AGD would drop even more, and top new row houses like PBP, ADPi, and maybe ZTA if they clean up their rep will move up. That being said, props again to XO for being so well-rounded!!

what? XO is a top house. of old row, KKG, AGD, and DDD are slipping. I can't see PBP ever being a top house.
