Sororities understand that college coursework is more difficult than high school, but in general I would say no more than .05-.2 points off of that sorority's suggested high school gpa. For example if they normally take girls with a high school of 3.5 I wouldn't expect to get a bid with a 3.0. But it also matters what your major is and how difficult the coursework can be. First year engineers experience much more difficult coursework than first year English majors.
