grades

I don't believe it's posted yet online but every house should have their official individual grade report.

We were told our "place" in the top 10 for fall 2015 way before it was publicized. Top ones are all virtually the same but by decimals but still we were told by email. Weird. Yes we were too 10 !

What is their deal this year? no greek chic? It is mid July

Literally it should've been out when deans list came out

I know the sororities ask their girls if they had any changes in their final grades (like if there was a mistake or something) so that could be what's holding it up but idk. I know my house told us our final GPA that's going to be on the grade report.

Alpha chi had posted about their record breaking new member GPA on instagram this spring before my house's exec board had even been given our house GPA. It was annoying. Wish they would just post it

may be a change at the top! but i always think the decimal difference is stupid. Good bragging rights for sure, but there are about 5 who are really stellar.

Just wait if someone passes alpha chi, then you will probably think the bragging is ok. I don't like any bragging by anyone. I especially don't like people putting others down for being different than they are. Just let things speak for themselves and let people decide what type House fits them best.

I think bragging rights about grades is totally acceptable. And my house is usually in the middle of the grade report, so it's not like I'm just saying to justify it for my own gain...

In a house of 400 girls, it's impressive that some houses can manage an average GPA of 3.5 or higher. I know some people don't think the difference is decimals is that important, and yeah that's true for the first 5 houses or so... But the lower and lower a GPA is, the higher and higher the margin of girls who are struggling academically... Well either they're struggling academically or most of their girls' GPAs are around a 3.0. But its safe to assume that houses with lower GPAs have more girls struggling academically because that's just how it is... Especially when the house is more focused on other things other than grades. I'm not trying to call out any house in particular, because at the end of the day every house has girls who have 4.0 and whatnot... My point is that I think it's fine when houses brag about grades. Idk just my opinion.

Panhellenic needs to get out the grades and the Greek chic. What is their deal? I think the grades are changing.
