rankings outside of tier

Okay, so I am rushing in the fall and I honestly dont care about going top tier. I'm from the north so because I'm coming from so far away I just want a nice group of girls I will get along with and have a chill vibe. Are there any houses like that?? OR or NR!

it absolutely depends on your personality and where you'll feel like you fit during rush. one house may have a reputation for being catty and mean but you could love them during rush and totally fit in there. it just depends on you and your fit.
