i dont get it
by: BamaboundI don't understand what makes somebody a top pnm. Everybody already says that the girls who rush have great grades, have strong connections to a lot of houses, were very involved, very pretty, and if you have all of that there are still 2000 other girls just like you. So if everybody has a 3.9, was cheerleading captain and student president, taught Sunday school, did mission grips to Haiti, has strong recs to virtually everywhere, how does somebody become top??? I'm coming from the north so I know it is definitely not me lol. I'm just curious what makes people stand out here at rush.

I would say there are 1000 girls that are pretty, have at least a 3.5, were involved in school, and have recs to all houses. Of these, maybe 20 will have all of that and be stunningly beautiful. Or maybe 10 of these had all that and had a dad that was on the 1992 national championship team and played pro football, their mom was homecoming queen, and they are a triple legacy with a sister in one of the top houses. Or they have all of the above. I was floored that girls like that exist, but they do. These are the top girls.

That's the thing though lots of girls HAVE met these PNMs through school, camp, social activities, etc
