-For the most part, proof needs to be sent into Panhellenic for them to distribute fines. Like you can't just claim something and not provide evidence, so someone needs to either send in screenshots, pictures, videos, or whatever for Panhellenic to give out fines. That being said, in terms of insta comments, Panhellenic isn't really trolling around to see what they can find... They just act on whatever is sent in. And sometimes PNMs report actives but most of the time actives are reporting other actives.
- Some houses have policies where if the individual girl has to pay the fine while other houses pay through whatever funds they have. Also, just because a house comments on an insta doesn't mean that they're necessarily going to be fined... Like I said, someone needs to report them to Panhellenic in order for fines to go out.
- The "friends list" you're referring to is an approved list of PNMs that an active is allowed to be in contact with. This list can only have a max of 5 PNMs and the contact must be necessarily, so like sisters, cousins, coworkers, etc.
- If a house has multiple girls commenting on your pictures past May 1st then the house probably has a strong interest in you... No guaranteed bid, but a strong interest.
