How are people cut here? Is it different than NR as far as connections, high school, grades, etc.

Every house has difference standards and different priorities in what they are looking for. Generally you need to be better connected and have better grades and involvement for OR houses, but at the end of the day it's about where you mesh with the girls the best

OR just knows more about in-state girls and southern OOS, which means two things. Personality and relationships that existed before college matter more. This helps some pnms get in and it hurts other pnms because they cannot get a fresh start.
