pres

It's good and coed. A little out of the way but fine.

I loved Pres. It's harder to meet people who live around you but not impossible. The buses go there and the walk to the ferg is like less than 10 minutes. You're also right by riverside paty lakeside and kind of ridgecrest.'my friends and I would walk to the fraternities sometimes for parties if 348 was too busy. During first semester everyone is dressed up for swaps on Thursday and it's a very lively atmosphere. On The Weekends most people take the "drunk bus" to the fraternities which is so fun bc everyone is singing and drunk. You have the gym/market right next to you which is very convenient also. Personally I needed my own space and not having to wear shower shoes was great. I was still super close with my roommates even though we each had our own room because you're still living with them. If you have the chance, live in Pres. It's still a real college experience despite what others say.

pres is literally the best dorm ever. you live with all ur best friends and do whatever u want

This past year I started at Tut then switched to Prez in January. My first roommate was legit crazy pants and a slob and my new best friend lived in Prez and one of her roommates dropped out. I loved Tut so much even though my own room was hell. I mean you can literally throw a rock and hit a new friend. After everything I had been through having my own room was a god send. Prez is fun. You definitely can have mini pregame or late night parties. It is a little quieter during the week. Honestly I kinda wish Tut would of been a better experience for me.
TL;DR- both are really good and you will end up hanging out at both alot
