Y'all say to not wear rompers, low back dresses, bralettes, chokers, Kendra Scott, etc but then say to be yourself so you get in a house you feel comfortable in? Which is it?

Its just how you dress for a formal event, wear all that stuff all the time after, we all do but just not during rush

Being yourself doesn't mean "dress however you want despite the dress code."

You still have to dress in a way that is appropriate for the occasion. That has nothing to do with "being yourself." It's called being an adult. You still have freedom of style. You just have to follow the dress code.

Be yourself more than anything but hopefully being yourself knows how to dress for the circumstances
