participation

What are the least involved OR and NR sororities on campus? I have read that kd and tri delt didn't even participate in Greek week or derby days. Why not?
Which NR sororities are involved on campus most su as in SGA, clubs, capstone, stewards, hostesses, whatever. Same for OR?

ALL houses have super involved girls and super not involved girls... But...
In terms of Old Row, I'd say KD, DDD, and KKG all have a large margin of girls who aren't too involved. And yeah, I think it was KD was the only one that didn't participate in Derby Days, idk about Greek Week though.
In terms of New Row houses, I'd say ZTA, GPB, AOPi, and APhi all have large a large margin of girls are aren't too involved either.
AXO, ADPi, AGD, DG, KAT, and XO are the houses with the largest margin of girls who are involved in clubs and organizations outside of their sororities. I know some of these houses even require their girls to be involved in at least one club on campus.

didn't see kd or tri delt at Greek week or derby stuff. Kappa May have participated minimally. I don't get it except girls are apathetic.
This is why I like xo, axo and pm best on old row. They participate more with everyone else. I actually feel sorry for kd and kappa pledges who like to do stuff. Tri delt stays on probation I think.

my old row sorority does not push (fine) you to participate in anything. People who participate want to participate. I suspect this is the same for most and just another inaccurate presentation. I don't think phi mu pays white house fines, and I know sororities don't pay to be part of "old row." People make up things.

No, when I said that some houses here push their girls to be involved, I don't mean that said houses fine their girls. Some houses here legitimately want their girls to be well rounded throughout college and be more than their letters - or at least I know that's how it is with my house... We don't get fined if we aren't apart of various club nor do we get in trouble. It's simply a strong suggestion from our Exec Board and older actives.
In terms of GW & DD, I know that DG fined their girls if they didn't go to a number of events for both weeks. Idk about the other houses.

This is a subject that can't even be debated. All sororities at the University of Alabama have such a diverse group of girls. In each sorority there will be girls that are in as many organizations as they can be in, and there will be girls that don't do anything. My sorority requires you to be in 2 organizations that are not the sorority. You cannot say that a sorority is not involved when they are all extremely involved.
