This is important. The crest is symbolic of the traditions and creed of the sisterhood. I strive to understand and appreciate all the crests so that I may adequately appreciate the nuances of each chapters' philosophy. for example, the flying pig in the AXO crest is symbolic both of their love for bacon, but also represents their affection for seeking to achieve the impossible. To pig is to be southern in your essence, but to fly while pigging is the achieve a dream.
