Just saw this comment from another thread, don't know where it was posted originally but thought it was good to show.

Not sure if I fully agree with the zeta part but wanted to exactly copy the OP

Personally I'd say that ZTA is above APhi, ZTA and Pi Phi are definitely the most popular new row houses during rush (with ADPi behind them). APhi is more popular during rush than DG and GPhi, but from my point of view they definitely get 2nd pick after ZTA for the type of girls they both go for. During rush I'd say GPhi and DG are about equal, and both MUCH more popular overall than AOPi, Theta, and DZ

Zeta is def better than Aphi. Zetas are so cool and gorgeous. The upperclassmen in aphi are pretty and cool but they're weeding out. They only like themselves while they think everyone else likes them.

The only place where adpi is above zta is on greek rank. Not in real life. Y'all will see.

zta is only better than adpi in looks and if it was all about looks aphi would be best on campus but they aren't for a reason

Zta is more popular during rush and more popular on campus. I actually think ADPi is objectively a better house than ZTA (in terms of involvement, grades, sisterhood, etc.), but from my perspective zta is probably the most popular new row house so if I had to rank them I'd put zta above ADPi for sure.

I'd say pi phi and zta are top of the new row

Well they share a non-southern OOS focus, they are very different to me

On grades hi-fi has the measurable advantage

But say that definitely has that in tangible thing. You really can't help but notice. It's definitely generate some heat and the tax when they have a miss cue, but I'd still give the nod to ZTA
