rush question

Based on what I saw last year, pbp won't struggle too much (they seemed to do fine last year) but I don't think they'll be as popular as they could be. DZ and AOPi will probably struggle, in my eyes they've struggled during rush every year at Bama and not being able to be in their new houses will hurt them. At least they can point out that they'll have new houses soon I guess

DZ and AOII will struggle, but they did last year too. Until they are actually rushing out of a new house, I think they will continue to struggle and once they finish they just get back to a level playing field. I think they have a few more years before they can make a good charge at moving up to their historical level. PBP seems fine and has not been impacted much from what I can tell.

I do. On top of it all I think they actually play by rules and so they are disadvantaged there too.

Pi phi and AOII are both really good. Sororities like zeta stole themes from aoii last year but they get credit for it. AOII has an awesome rush and so does Pi phi they'll both be fine. Just don't be superficial and pick a sorority by their house.

Pi phi will be fine, PNM's will be able to see that their house is almost done. It's unfortunate that dz and aopi had to build last because being one of the only chapters without a new house is a huge disadvantage during rush, especially since there's little difference between them and gphi/dg etc other than the houses. And poor theta they are just sunk once aopi and dz finish building.
