Alright everyone! After browsing through threads from the last few days I would like to say something! I really, TRULY do not think that there are any houses "patrolling" this house. Each house might have one or two girls posting on here, but I can almost guarantee that no house TELLS their members to post on greekrank to improve their standing. That's just dumb. So, PNMs, please realize that anything said on here could be said by ANYONE. That means people in greek life, people at other schools, random old people, GDIs... anyone. Someone could even post to make it APPEAR that another house is self ranking. Even if an active is trying to promote her house on here, PNMs please do not let it define that house for you. Chapters are made up of 400+ members here, don't let the words of one alter your views of any sorority.
SO, TO CONCLUDE, STOP SAYING "XO is patrolling this site" "KD is all over this" "hi APHI" "DG back again" "AOPi stop rebranding" because there is no way to know who is posting what on here.

Of course no houses are telling their members to come on here and self rank... I don't even think any houses here have open discussions about this site whatsoever, or at least my house never has. The truth is that most girls just stumble upon this site when they're PNMs and it becomes a habit to check in every once in a while as the continue their college career while some girls are directed to this site by friends, roommates, sisters, etc.
However, what people mean when they say "XYZ house is patrolling this site" is that a certain house has a lot of girls constantly on this site, readily attacking anyone who attempts to "discredit" their chapter. These girls obviously aren't sent by their Exec board or whatever to this site to ward off any "hate" on their house... Girls just make a habit on their own of coming on here, self ranking, and fighting anyone who says anything not positive about their house... Which is why you see so many petty fights between certain houses. Every house has girls on this site self ranking and undermining anyone who says something negative about their house, however no one is "telling" them to do so.

I think it varies from time to time. Right now, there's a bunch of girls from all the houses constantly on here because PNMs tend to use this site a lot more the summer before rush...
However, I think by going through the threads and seeing how many comments or replies that adamantly deny something about a certain house can be an easy give away as to how many girls from a certain house tend to be on here.
