one house

I really like Alpha Chi because the girls seemed really nice and the girls I spoke to seemed genuine. I also liked Tri Delt because of their closing door song. Both houses dropped me after ice water teas.

Why? This doesn't matter in the least. omg smh

I like this one because it's positive. I'm just gonna say some nice things about houses I really liked during recruitment (not every house I liked but just the ones I especially enjoyed for various reasons). I also decided not to mention my own house so it can be more secret lol.

AXO - I bonded with so many of these girls about my future career ambitions/my desire to be supported academically by my sorority and I felt like I really clicked with them + their philanthropy is one of my favorites on campus. I didn't get them for pref and it sucked, I still feel like I would have been super happy here, and I wish them all the best tbh.

DDD - I'm not super outgoing but every girl I talked to here was so bubbly and enthusiastic and idk, I just felt really welcomed there even though I'm OOS. It's hard for me to make small talk with strangers but every tri delt I talked to was super friendly. They dropped me after philanthropy though.

ADPi - They were one of my faves going into recruitment and I loved them in literally every possible way but it just wasn't meant to be, I guess, because I was dropped after IWTs. Still not 100% sure why. My conversations didn't stand out but they weren't BAD, Recruitment is weird though! Still love ADPi and feel like I would have fit in there.

XO dropped me after IWT and I was super sad because I had so much fun talking to the girls in there and felt like we really connected. AXO and ADPi dropped me after philanthropy and those were definitely the hardest cuts for me, loved both houses during rush and still think they're awesome houses.
I actually really didn't like my house during rush, but it ended up being such a perfect fit and I really respect AXO, XO, and ADPi but I don't think I would have fit into any of those houses nearly as well.

Alpha Gam was actually my favorite after open house, but philanthropy was SO awkward and they dropped me after that. The girl didn't say anything at all about their philanthropy and I was excited to talk about it, she was just rambling about nothing.

Zeta and Phi Mu were my favorites after that which I never, ever expected to happen lol. Got dropped from both of them after sisterhood, still kinda sad, but it's cool!! Love my house now anyway :))
