Reposting this from Summer Ranks post (it was comment 3)because of consensus that it "nails it".
No order in tiers:
Old Row Tier 1: AXO, PM, XO, KKG
Old Row Tier 2: AGD, DDD, KD
New Row Tier 1: PBP, ZTA, ADPi
New Row Tier 2: DG, APhi
New Row Tier 3: AOII, DZ, GPhi, KAT
For Upper Midwest (like Chicago, Minnesota), Western (WA, CO, CA) and Northeastern PNMs, New Row Tier 1 may be comparable or even preferable to Old Row Tier 2.

No harm meant towards this but when did GPhi become the same level house as DG and APhi? I don't know a single person who would put GPhi above houses like DG or AOPi, yet they are consistently ranked above them on here. Y'all call other houses out for self ranking, why dont you ever call out GPhi?

Not a gamma phi but I'm not sure how 1 comment saying they should ~maybe~ be moved up a tier and an even mix of likes and dislikes would show that they are self ranking?

How is GPhi not better than DG when GPB has been on campus for like 30 years longer? Just wondering how a brand new house can rise ahead of existing houses. Same with APhi being a legit house, while DZ, AOPi, Theta continue to struggle. Is it because they're all in old houses?

DG is the ultimate social net. They get girls who weren't noticed as much by the rest of the middle tier, but are still not weird enough to be bottom tier. Also, ZTA has undeniably taken a hit recently and they're not as popular outside of the South.

To say that GPhi self ranks is complete bull. No lower tier house self promotes more than DG. Not a GPhi but the GPhis I know seem a heck of a lot more fun and normal than DGs I know. Actually I like Thetas more than DG. LOL!

i know a lot of girls during rush were trying really hard to get rid of gphi and they take a lot of grade risks.
