To be blunt, we're not going to pay attention to your reasons and you shouldn't be telling actives excuses in the first place. Thousands of girls come through and houses just going to glance at your gpa. You definitely won't be considered at AXO, XO, PM, and AGD. You probably also don't have a good chance with DDD, KAT, and ADPi. All of this just depends on who you are though. Where are you from and who do you know, were you extremely involved in high school, do you have good recs (in which I mean do you have former Alabama chapter presidents or family notable alum writing recs for you), are you attractive and are you able to carry a good conversation? If you answer yes to most/all of those questions then some of the houses I just listed may not drop you right off the bat.

Do not bring up excuses for a low GPA during rush or you will be cut by almost everyone. Just be yourself and stick to normal conversation.
