I'm sorry in what world does a top tier sorority offer COBs? If you're desired enough like a top tier sorority should be, you don't have to do COBs. I'm not suggesting to move any of the lower top up, AGD and DDD are more low key, and KKG isn't involved enough. But, I think only AXO and XO qualify as true "top houses." Phi Mu should be moved down.

Middle
Pi Phi/AGD/AXO
Lower:
Everyone else?
Being a top house means being well rounded yes, but it's a lot of who's the most desired. XO is very desired and despite what you said there are plenty of pretty young women in their chapter.

Chi O is more involved than we are and has better grades. I actually really like Chi O and honestly yeah they're more well-rounded than us. I love my house, but we need to be more involved and continue raising our GPA.
