Curious which house you were dropped from that hurt the most? Please do not use this thread to bash or self rank or comment that others are bashing or self ranking. Just name the house and briefly say why.

Mine was DDD because I was a legacy and really fell in love with it.

Cut from a house that dirty rushed me after sisterhood. Coming from far OOS and not knowing how rush worked, I didn't really know it was dirty rushing at the time. I had to keep myself from getting my hopes up and it seemed like a dream every time they were on my schedule the next day. I ended up in my third choice house (it was a rough two days lol) and after initially being upset (more blind-sided than anything) I love my house more than anything and am so happy with where I ended up. MORAL OF THE STORY: PNMS have an open mind, more likely than not you can find "your people" in every house, so be open to every house, please.

Suicided for ADPi after pref (PNMS, DO NOT DO THIS, SPEAKING FROM EXPERIENCE!!!), ended up not being high enough on their bid list so I ended up bidless, roommate/best friend went ADPi, cried my eyes out for about 3 days.

i got cut from 12 houses and still have no clue why. i had well above a 3.5 GPA, great involvement, and phenomenal recs for a majority of the houses (even one from the former national president for one). it hurt me a lot but i ended up where i wanted to be on IWT anyway
