return rates?

I saw it posted earlier that Alpha Chi and Chi O had the highest return rates during recruitment. Does anyone have a full list? I'm curious who was third and fourth and especially curious which New Row house had the highest returns.

they're definitely a thing, my house mentions them in rush meetings all the time. im pretty positive they're only available to the chapters themselves though, couldnt find them on the panhellenic website. it makes sense i guess bc chapters need to know where they stand so they can improve, but they don't necessarily want it available to the public. i guess ask your officers lol

I'm not sure if it's really that misleading though, in my experience legacies want their houses IF that house is good. I'm in a lower house and about 95% of our legacies released us one year. It's gotten better as my house has gotten better but typically I think a legacy will release their legacy house if they have better options.

What are you talking about? I'm asking about return rates specifically for New Row. I'm curious with all the back and forth over ZTA, ADZpi and Pi Phi which one has the highest return.

I am dying laughing at this. The OP is asking about new row return rates so you bash her for trying to self rank XO? I assume you're the one that's been on the "bash XO tirade" these past few days. It doesn't hurt XO, it just makes you look pathetic and like you still can't get over them dropping you.
Seriously though, I am also curious to see how ADPi, PBP and ZTA stack up to each other with return rates. I'm in one of these houses and we always get lumped in the same tier. Anyone know?

had a higher return rate than ZTA, Pi Phi, ADPi last recruitment. This is why there is so much "hate" against them on this site.
OOS go Alpha Phi if they get dropped by bama top level houses because every where but deep, deep south APhi is top level.
Expect a lot of "hate" this summer against Aphi as recruitment start approaches.

Is that true that APhi's was higher? Can anyone verify that? That is very, very eye opening to me and totally explains why so many others try to bring them down.

Return rates are a real stat. But only Panhellenic and officers of each sorority will know their own. It's not going to be publicly posted like membership numbers and grades will be.
Return rates determine how many girls each house will have cut/invite back each round. A house with high return rates (meaning PNMs want to go see them again like for example AXO or Kappa) will get to invite back fewer girls each round because they know that most of the girls that they invite back will rank them highly on pref. I wouldn't trust what people say on this site, but you can generally tell which houses are popular based on how many parties are held on pref night and how many girls are bid that day. Stronger recruiting chapters that have a lot of QAs mean that they were popular on pref night and a lot of girls wanted them #1.
