I mean, it depends, because a girl can hit more than one box. For example, if a girl has a 34 on her ACT, then alpha chi and Chi o will cross. If she's also pretty or talented, then PM will get in the mix. If she's really Christan and pretty, but more like a 27 ACT, then maybe Alpha Gam, DDD, and PM. But if her family has a city named for them, maybe KD and KKG look at her.

nope, kappa has so many girls who are very middle class from my city. They take MB and Mobile but middle class and kinda questionable too. The ones from my school were not wealthy so I say that to off set the stereotype. There are two distinct types of kappas.

phi mu--everyone is about the same. cookie cutter girls

everyone is going to cross rush a 34 act who cares about grades-- i will leave that to the imagination who doesn't care about grades.

kd cares about clothes, name dropping and partying. you got those or want to do that mainly, you will be happy. i honestly know an OOS who dropped them over DG.

ddd- some sweet girls who party and then some ditzy ones who party. tri delt doesn't join in much though

agd- some of the literal wildest and fakest in that pledge class. boring boring boring with a few wonderful exceptions

From my perspective:

- All the Old Row houses cross rush in some way. Yes, some houses pull more from certain areas, but there are lot of well rounded PNMs that they all fight for.
- AXO, PM, KKG fight really hard for the best of the best, regardless of whether the PNMs are instate or OOS. In general, most PNMs end up really liking these houses, AXO usually gets first pick though.
- PBP, ZTA, and APhi "cross rush." ZTA and PBP usually fight for the same girls. And, I'm not here to fight with anyone, but in my opinion, APhi doesn't rush well. To a lot of people, they have a bad reputation and they take a lot of grade risks. They aim for the same girls PBP and ZTA do but they usually get the leftover girls they dropped.
- ADPi, KAT, and DG fight for the OOS girls who are well rounded but were dropped from the higher ranked houses, ADPi usually gets first pick.
- The others houses like GPhi, DZ, and AOPi I guess fight for the "best" of the leftovers, which is why you see these houses have extremely mixed pledge classes.

Here is how I see it:

AXO/PM/ChiO go for top no matter where they are from. If you are not strongly connected, or popular and cute, you better have a scholarship/honors college going for you.

ZTA and PBP work to get the OOS grade risks that AXO/PM/XO let slip through. ZTA usually lands the lookers and PBP the more academic.

KKG tries to fly below the radar and scoop up costal girls and unique girls. Of course, a ton of legacies and "best friends". If they cross with anybody, it is probably Tridelt. Both link a similar vibe.

KD and AGD are going after a lot of the same girls, but AGD usually gets first pick.

ADPi may cross some with PBP and is fighting off DG for the OOS "all around" types that are sweet.

APhi tries to go after the lookers that PM and ZTA put on the radar and they are able to snag a few, then get the best of the rest in terms of the super cute girls. Lots of grade and reputation risk because of this. But they keep the looks standard at the top.

AOII, DZ and Theta are next and are fighting hard to keep GPB from taking the best of the rest. None of these houses work super hard early to get a jump on anything.

I think there is also some interesting old row/ new row cross rushing that doesn't get talked about as much
-PM/ Zeta is the obvious one, PM gets first pick but both go for pagenty, pretty girls
-Kappa/ GPhi attract a lot of the same OOS girls. Laid back party girls
-AXO/ XO/ Pi Phi- academic girls who are cute but not stunners, they'll be successful at Alabama though
-tri delt/ ADPi- both more lowkey but still good houses

Yes, Kappa and GPhi were pulling for similar girls. Get over it. They both appeal to a variety of PNMs
