I'm sorry but when the hell has DG EVER been considered above APhi? My house has more reason to dislike APhi than DG but this has never been a thing until a bunch of DGs came on here trying to place themselves with ADPi and Pi Phi, which is hilarious.

I'm not a DG but it's really not that wild for them, or others for that matter, to place them above APHI. Sure APhi has an awesome aesthetic and the fraternities especially freshman boys tend to like them, but their pc gpa was a 2.8 and a full house gpa still under a 3.0 and they lost their president this year. It really just depends on what you think makes a house strong. If your into looks and social status then yeah APhi is way higher than DG but if you're talking about and overall scale, DG has more campus involvement, more emphasis on philanthropy, and had a better GPA. Not trying to hate just trying to add some perspective! Panlove <3

Not in one of them, but agree about this top three. They work hard for it too. Go on insta and find the top pnms. AXO, PM, XO are ALL OVER them and have been since January. They work hard for it.

i mean i hear ya but xo had the second highest return rates during rush last year. i get the awkward thing but numbers don't lie and the numbers say theyre sought after during rush soooo

Okay but AXO also has a lot of awkward/not extremely social girls too. The reason why AXO and XO are both so alike is that their girls are extremely outgoing/smart/involved/etc but a lot of them aren't too pretty/social/fun/etc... Which is why some people argue AXO isn't a top house. Regardless though, I think when you rank houses you need to take everything into consideration. At the end of the day AXO, PM, and XO are all extremely outgoing houses - always involved in something big on campus, always involved in Greek community activities, and unlike all the other Old Row houses, they work for status instead of relying on the Old Row label. I'm not in any of these houses, but I think all are extremely outgoing which is why they're top in my opinion.

On the return rate thing for AXO and XO and some others. Big part of that is legacies. A legacy always wants to come back. So the return rate thing is a little misleading. But no many other objective measures, so whatever.

that is not the reason axo has high returns....all sororities have legacies and most are in other houses. The houses with high returns are the ones who make people feel welcome.

I know many legacies who did not return where they are connected...by choice.
