Obviously ATO or Sigma Nu. Pike, Pi Kapp and Beta all should be in the top 10.

Son of Frank is lucky if he is a EX,OX,or DX ... the "wannabe three."
Those houses are #2, 3 and 4 and on a roll.
OX has been top 3 since I've been here, and rises with each mediocre SAE pledge class.
EX was about #8 when I got here and gets stronger each year.
DX was mediocre when I got here and now might be the strongest new row house.
These houses have a formula that SAE and especially KA don't understand. Their backbones are still from Alabama but they don't bid mediocre kids from the same high schools. They recruit the best kids from all over the South and don't neglect the cream from Virginia and Maryland and then they bid the stud guys from the north and west ... just a few and just the best. So they end up with 5 kids in every class that are from Ohio or Illinois or Colorado that are the cream of the crop whereas KA takes 10 cousins or family friends of marginal former members that would not get a Chi Phi bid without the connection. Repeat the process over 5 pledge classes and the result is no longer surprising. The wannabe 3 become elite and KA has 30 guys you don't want at your parties.

Since they said Sigma Chi is terrible and then said Beta, Pi Kapp and Pike shouldn't be in the top ten, I'm gonna guess it was either Sigma Nu or ATO.

SAE should be 5 and KA got a break when Pike screwed up. If they weren't Old Row, I'd put Beta and maybe Pi Kapp ahead of them both

KA got a break, but SAE gets my rank at #2 even though they look to be in a down cycle. Agree also that wannabe 3 are pretty strong lately, but don't know that it's good to move houses up so fast .... but moving them down (see DTD and Pike) is appropriate

Sigma Chi is above old row houses because they're better, more than half of old row is completely unimpressive and are just riding on fading reputation. Kappa Sig shouldn't be higher, and I wanna know what you're smoking if you think Beta should be that low. ATO is not in the top 10, they sold everyone out. Are you sleeping with all of old row or something? Literally most intense old row supporters wouldn't even agree with you.

in fact if you broke it down the affiliated new row houses together are currently stronger than old row, only DKE and SAE are really that impressive right now.

"ATO DEFINITELY in Top 10. BETA should be by AKL. Kappa Sig should be higher. Why is sigma chi above old row houses? Theta chi is still king on new row"
