It ranges from between 3000-6000 a semester, depending on your house. The houses without new houses obviously have lower dues, but they'll increase once they get a new house. Other houses like PM and AXO have dues on the higher end. Most houses though are roughly between 4000-5000 a semester. That includes 3 meals a day, fees (membership, Panhellenic, nationals, etc), and the other perks of being in a sorority such as weekly tutors, a mansion, staff, etc.

But the dues cover just the basics. You need to keep in mind that you also need spending money for various things such as swap outfits, gifts for bigs/littles, t shirts, going out outfits, etc. And if you're not on top of things you can get fined for various things each semester as well.

Also don't join and drop if you think you can't pay...that's taking away a spot forom a girl who can

basically expect to pay between 4200-4800 for your first semester and about 3500-4200 for every semester after. it includes meals at the house and dues but not tshirts. if you want to live in your house it can be pretty expensive. usually 14,000-20,000 a year including your dues. if you don't think you can pay that much at once most have payment plans! but it's definitely a lot.
