All old row + OX too high.
Not sure why lists include Phi Gam so high either ... can't remember them being around

If SAE is not #2, who is? Sigma Nu is top 10. ATO is not top 15 but top 10. KA is about right. If Phi Gam is too high, who are you going to replace them with? LX? Frank's rankings are pretty good.

Nu isn't top 10 based on any recent performance, and all of old row is pretty much down with DKE being the only one who haven't declined sharply. SAE is behind SX and OX at least, and honestly if it weren't for tradition and history I'd put about 5 more new row houses in front of them, they are thoroughly unimpressive at the moment. I'd put Pi Kapp and Beta in the top 10 way before I'd have Sigma Nu and ATO is there, and LXA would probably be 11.

And for the same reason I'd put EN at 10 (history and tradition), I would keep ATO out of the top 16. Privately, I'd say they are above DTD, KE and Phi Delt, but in a public vote I'd put ATO 17

Doesn't have the tradition to justify their top 10 spot. They're old row but don't have near SAE's, and Pi Kapp, Beta and LXA are all miles ahead of them.

from how I saw it when I got here, but it might be the most accurate ranking right now. Would flip KA & Beta and thinking on whether you need to flip Phi Gam/Pi Kapp

Also, I'll give you a dollar if you hit the rankings on the left with your ranking, so I don't have to look at AKL or DTD anymore

I've seen on this site just about. You could switch KA and Beta, but KA is pretty much the most hated fraternity on campus, and honestly 7 is relatively generous all things considered. As for Phi Gam/Pi Kapp, depends on how much stock you put in tradition. I'd say Pi Kapp is pretty certainly better right now, but Phi Gam is one of the oldest fraternities on old row (founded at Bama before SAE I believe) so they do have a lot of tradition.

Everyone moved to University. Every New Row house on University was once on Jefferson. They've all moved in the past 5-6 years. DX, KE, LXA, ZBT and DTD each stayed on Jefferson for their own reasons. I can easily see any of these houses on University at some point, but why bother?...with the distance, You'd be practically be off campus like the new Phi Delt house. Reputation wise, none of these houses still on Jefferson have changed. They still do well. Just not as much recognition now that so many are on University. Those Jefferson houses I mentioned are still better than a few that are on University. Don't be fooled.
