Is it weird if I follow actives on insta first? If they request me should I accept and follow back? I have around 100+ actives following me now, is that average?

Don't know about averages but 100 is probably pretty average. It is a little weird to follow actives first, but if you are an unknown, it is probably worth some risk but you also could be seen as stalking a little. Better to just follow the sororities Facebook and instagrams and leave it for them to come back and follow you. But whatever is done is done because we are now in the black out period. So if you get any requests now, you should not follow back. They should not be sending you follow requests or even following if you have a public setting.

Right now, if you start following an active you likely will not get a follow back because we can't start following anybody new as of May 1. I don't think it is a bad idea to start following some actives, but try to make it the names posted on Panhellenic for recruitment, rather than just random actives or actives that follow other pnms that you have noticed.

Ps, for some houses, their target pnms may have over a hundred from a single house. Just saying. Thinking about it, I would say anything above 200 sorority followers would be a strong signal. I bet some pnms out there have over 400.
