I never hear one thing about Phi Mu so who keeps putting them top 3?
As for Kappa hate, I think that could only come from a true rival. So who is that?

Both of the houses get hate. Since there was just a post by a KKG, I won't go into another round defending them, but they are a good house. I'm not a PM, but I do get tired of them always getting called pageant girls, bc think that's not true either. Yes, they have A handful that were in high school pageants, but I think of them as mainly just kind iof pulled together looking. They usually look like they made a little effort to look nice, instead of rolling out of bed for the day. If you don't like this look, no big deal, but I don't think you have to be an ass about it. Just pledge somewhere you're more comfortable.

AGD had an issue over supporting one of their own sisters. They chose the machine backed PM over their own girl ( due to race, who truly knows?). Many of those girls are still in the house. DDD has been on probation for drinking in their house for 2016 homecoming and last semester. So, I would not say they have been doing significant work to be a top house over the past 18 months.

Phi mu has a beautiful new house and lots of pretty girls, but they are probably the most mean house on the row. They don't like to be friends with girls in other sororities and even if they do have other friends, they seem to spend a lot of time talking horribly about them. I don't know if any of them actually even like each other and it's obvious to girls going through rush which is why zeta is becoming the much more popular choice

I think KKG and PM have been hijacking this board for years trying to brainwash us that they're both top 3 houses.
We can all agree that AXO deserves a spot in the top 3, but thinking those other spots should go to some combo of XO, AGD, DDD. Once you average grades, campus involvement, social, reputation, etc, KKG and PM don't have high marks in all the categories.
