Once we register for recruitment I was wondering how much review of the information and resume stuff really goes on. Can any actives share how the houses actually use the information in the registration? Or is it just info for panhel?

This is where we start learning about all of you beautiful, wonderful PNMS that we do not yet know anything about. It is also when we see how those already on our "radar" come together in terms of resume items, like leadership, accomplishment, service, activities, academics. Some girls on our radar will become a little dimmer and some will start to shine more based on their resume. It is amazing how some girls really start to look better to us once we get a more complete picture and others start to not look so awesome.

not the OP but I was wondering how chapters manage to keep track of SO MANY girls? how many girls can possibly be on the radar when there are thousands of girls rushing? it seems like a very difficult logistical feat.

there are groups of people in the house specifically tasked with sorting through everyone's information, however at the end of the day really awesome girls sometimes slip through the cracks because there are so many girls to keep tabs on

An awesome resume, Strong grades and cute pic can get you on a list of girls to Watch for. A poor job on those in registration can get you a whole lot of bleh.

It is info for both. Also, anything that goes to Panhellenic goes to the houses (directly or indirectly).
