No, we do NOT make bid lists or rank girls ahead of time. However, houses do have certain girls that are definitely on our radar because sisters in the house already know them, or know of them. Some of these girls we are pretty certain we want and can probably get, others we know something about but want to meet them in rush to see what they are like in person, and a few we already know are not a good fit with our house. But this is only for girls we have connections to. Listen, we don't know all the PNM's and plenty of our future sisters are out there somewhere and we want to find them just as much as y'all want to find us. That's why we have a real live, in-person recruitment; so we can meet all the PNM's. So everybody just prepare and bring your best you to recruitment and don't worry about what you have absolutely no control over.

Every house has a different approach and no house has a firm list. They may have some ideas on their targets and priorities, as well as on some pnms they are pretty sure they do not have interest in. Whatever a house is thinking now is based on their due diligence and connections -- so if you are in-state, there are few secrets and things with old row houses are lining up already (good or bad). If you are OOS and do not know people, there is room being saved for you, if you are a good fit. Every house knows there are a ton of quality girls they have not even heard of and they know they need to keep a buffer for that. But for in-state girls (n particular), there is a presumption already formed on whether they are a good fit or not, a target/priority or not, etc. and it will take a good bit to get houses to come off those views.
